All orders are dispatched within two business days. However during sale time periods please allow extra days.

Each order number is sent separately, we are unable to combine multiple order numbers to ship together.

Australia - We only use Australia Post Express parcel service for a flat rate of $15. ( Delivery is usually 1-3 business days however we are not responsible for any delays)

New Zealand - All orders are sent via DHL Express for a flat rate of $25.

Please kindly note: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages delivered to the correct address or packages delayed in transit.
